- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would receive/make a friendly phone call to discuss exactly what the problem is and then we decide the best course of action either on the phone, or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a tradesman in two trades : carpentry and pipefitting. I have built and repaired computers for over 20 years...teaching myself the ins and outs of PC and laptop repair and technology.
