- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$250.00 covers meeting(s) with the couple, Choosing and preparing the right ceremony, corrections or changes if necessary. Attend and perform your perfect wedding. $50.00 to attend the rehearsal (which I highly recommend). Upon hiring me for your ceremony, I require a deposit equal to one-half of the amount quoted. Then I will block out that date, or dates, if there is a rehearsal, and devote my time to preparing for your wedding day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would like to Meet the couple, and learn what their perfect wedding would look and sound like. I will prepare a ceremony I feel would meet their expectations. Send a draft copy to the couple by e-mail for their review. Make any changes/corrections and send back to the couple for the final approval. If you have hired me to be at your rehearsal, I will attend and practice with you so there is no confusion on your wedding day. On your wedding day, I will arrive approximately 30 minutes early to review any final updates.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I actually had to step in and perform a wedding that my husband had scheduled. He became ill and had to be hospitalized. Because we work as a team and meet each couple together, I was familiar with their wishes, and was able to step in and perform their ceremony. Since that day, with great joy, I continue to perform ceremonies.
