- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$110.00 for service call. First half hour. If part needed throw $110.00 out window and give a price for part installed. Never sell anything that's not needed to over sell customer. My job is to give them what they need in timely fashion at an affordable price to retain a customer for life. Clean and checks are $85.00 per unit or $ 150.00 for 2
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asses the problem, sit customer down explain the situation and what different routes may be taken. Always being understanding of persons situation and try to come up with best solution baised off my opinion on what I'd do if it were my house and how long planned on staying and what they could afford to try and save them most money over time while being user friendly
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've takin my associates in applied sciences at Elgin community college, retained all certificates needed to work on any equipment and always taking on going courses to stay in tune with new technology but excell in boilers chillers rooftops and Geo thermal
