Introduction: Patty knows about relocation! She moved from her native state of California to the Midwest in 1993. Most people wondered why! But she quickly adjusted to the snow and fell in love with the warmth of the people and her new community. She lived for 18 years in DuPage County and was active in her community as well as the Chamber of Commerce, serving on the board for 6 years and as President 2008. Currently she resides in Kane County. Patty's ultimate goal is to provide the best real estate experience to her clients. She works with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate. I have been a full time Realtor since 1996. In additional to my Real Estate License, I have added to my expertise by obtaining my ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representation) designation) , SFR ( Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation) and CSC ( Certified Staging Consultant designation) I have had the greatest opportunity to help people of all backgrounds realize their dream of home ownership. Whether they are first time homeowners, moving up or downsizing home buyers it has been my deepest pleasure to help them achieve their goal. Selling a home for the first time or the 10th is not always an easy task and can take a toll on any home seller. My desire has always been to try to take the stress out of the process by communicating on a regular basis, provide market updates and be truthful to what they should expect.
