- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to listen to what they need in a home, what their time line is and budget. I want the experience to be pleasant and exciting and ultimately put them in the home of their dreams.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to retain my Real Estate Broker license, I must complete 12 house of continuing education every 4 years. In addition to that every 4 years we are required to complete an ethics class.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help sellers with the pricing of their home by providing a current market analysis. I offer suggestions for getting their home ready to sell. For Buyers I send them listings based on their criteria. I never try to suggest a buyer spend more than they are comfortable with. For both, I help with the negotiations with any offer, interact with the lender, attorney and inspections. I am there for my clients from the start to the closing table.
