Luis built a playroom above our garage starting from scratch. He completed the job in under 2 weeks and it looks absolutely amazing for a very reasonable price.
There are many small touches Luis put into the build like adding tiny ridges to the shelves in addition to making it look like it was built as part of the original house. This included crown molding around the windows, door, and along the base.
Luis also has a good eye for design and colors and he made multiple suggestions which we adopted without being pushy.
We've also used Luis for multiple painting jobs and he and his crew are extremely quick, friendly, and do a very good job.
Given the quality of the work, time frame, and value of services - we plan to use Luis again for our home improvement needs.

We hired Luis to do remodeling work in our newly purchased house (paint, tile, back splash, fixing doors, others). He started immediately and looked promising. Very soon after, it was very hard to get a hold of him. He didn't like answering questions, didn't supervise his team for the most part and had very poor project planning. He didn't finish the work completely and I had to finish several jobs he didn't complete. I still have work in the original work order he didn't finish. The entire job was mediocre at best. e.g. Ceilings and walls have cracks and need to be redone. Tile is uneven with grout spots. He took on more than he could handle and didn't put the time and effort to deliver with high quality. Will not hire again and don't recommend to anyone else.
