Introduction: I combine my knowledge and training with my kind friendly energetic personality. I have been pregnant, injured, gained and lost weight, so I relate to my clients very well. We work together to put together a workout that they are capable of doing and fits into their lifestyle and schedule. I train right in my clients’ own homes, it’s very convenient. I can use any equipment you already own, or I can bring it in, depending on your fitness goals.
I am very personable, so I really enjoy the one on one relationships I build with my clients. I taught classes for many years, and it always frustrated me when I saw that one person who could not keep up, or whose form needed correcting, and I could not stop the class to help her. That is what motivated me to become a certified personal trainer. It is very satisfying for me. I love helping women achieve their goals, no matter how small or lofty. I miss my clients when I don't see them for a while. I love this job.
Due to Covid, I’ve been training via FaceTime, or could use another type of viewing service. It’s not a perfect way to train, but it’s the safest right now.
