Having been burnt before with online marketing I was skeptical when I tried to do business with any new company. As a result I subjected eBizUniverse to numerous questions and checks before I engaged them. We are a jewelry store that wanted more exposure to sell our fashion jewelry items. ebiz and their team did a great job and what I liked was their personalized service. They were available each time I called or emailed and walked me through any questions I had. Now they handle our web work, digital marketing and facebook ads. Our sales have gone up as a result and I can say I am very happy with the return on investment I have made. Everything is provided in an easy to understand report which makes things easier to track so I know exactly where my dollars are being spent. The last December was the busiest ever for our store and that is because of what ebiz did.

We are a company dealing with coffee related products. We were lacking in online leads and wanted to find a reputable company that can help us with online lead generation. The old methods weren't working anymore. After doing online research we found ebizuniverse and decided to give them a try. We are so far happy with the results. We redesigned our website to be a lead generation focused and used social media and seo. we have been getting a consistent flow of leads and we are in talks to increase that further. So far we are quite happy.
