I have already given her card to multiple people! Her cooking is amazing and she makes the experience feel as if you were at a nice restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but she also served us and cleaned up after. I highly recommend her and plan on booking again soon!

The service was a 20 on a scale of 1-10! And the food gets the same ratting! We could not be happier everyone loved her and her cooking! We had approximately 30 adults and 6 children several of our guests asked her for a business card . Her homemade onion dip and freshly baked bread yummm! .she grilled the chicken at our home so it was fresh and wonderful also her fresh fruit display and dip were a hit her homemade potato salad much better then store bought and she filled as bowls emptied cleared and without a worry in the world we were able to tend to our guests! We will use Tammy for all our large events from now on! Tammy is friendly and calm just wh!at you want in a professional chef besides being an excellent chef!

Tamara cooked for 17 people last night for my 50th bday party; she did a wonderful job and everything was Delicious!! She was very responsive through the whole process - answered all messages very quickly and provided as many menu options as I requested (and there were a lot) It was so nice to get out of the kitchen and enjoy my friends for a change. I would definitely recommend Tamara for any event that you are hosting!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to cook and honed my cooking skills and techniques by practicing and trying new ingredients and recipes. I was a co-owner of a pizzeria in Texas but my passion was teaching my employees cooking skills and recipes, along with catering. My passion continued to grow and I enrolled in the United Stated Personal Chef Association program and successfully graduated in 2006. I have been teaching cooking classes since 2007 to children, teens, and adults and continuing with my daily personal chef and in-home catering.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please, share what your budget is and be honest about it. I want to be able to provide the best quality of food and service to my clients.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My number one important concerns is food sanitation and safety. I always clean the kitchen I am working in before I start cooking. My kitchen at home is spotless.
