- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour. We have no hidden fees. Everything is clearly spelled out in our contracts, which are written in plain English. You will not need to consult with an attorney in order to understand our agreement.:)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk with our potential client at length. We determine the level of service and the amount of time that will be required in order to provide service. We see what additional forms of entertainment may be a great fit, as well. We go over all the details. We issue a contract. We take a down payment. And, a fabulous face painter is locked in for their special event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend trade shows, physically and virtually. Our performances are routinely observed and critiqued by our peers...the harshest of judges. Most importantly, we continually ask ourselves, "What can we do to make this better for you?"
