Introduction: If you’re here, you may be looking to begin or change your fitness routine. We all have reasons, such as we'd like to get into shape, from weight loss to building muscle mass and feeling better overall. Let me tell you a little about myself to see if I can help you meet whatever your fitness goals are. About Me: Fitness has been a passion of mine my whole life. My father was a bodybuilder, so from an early age, I saw that lifting weights didn't just make you look strong and muscular, but being in good overall shape made you feel good, healthy, and confident. Who wouldn't want to feel like that? My Background: In high school, I was on the basketball team, ran track, and, of course, lifted weights. Throughout that time, my coaches were very encouraging and always pushed me to do better. Even when I thought I was at my limit, they'd tell me I could do more, and they were right. After high school, I started working out in the gym, and I met a group of guys with the same interest in fitness that I had. We all had new things to teach each other and new things to learn, and I soon realized that this is where I was happiest -- working out with others and encouraging them to do their best, just like my dad and coaches did for me. My Training: Seeing my clients get results has proven to me again and again that being a personal trainer is what I am meant to be doing with my life.
