Mike is a really great trainer. I have worked out with him two to three times a week for the past five years! Over that time I have lost weight, toned my muscles and increased my stamina. He makes a workout fun and plays good music. He is very knowledgable about the muscular-skeletal system and knows exactly what exercises to do to help you accomplish your specific goals. Before I started working out with mike, exercise had very little place in my day-to-day life. Now I work out every day--with mike and on my own--because it makes me feel so much better physically and mentally.

My son had his first session with Michael, and it was great! He is exactly what we were looking for. He is very knowledgeable about fitness, and instructed him on exactly what to do to reach his specific goals. My son is a pitcher, so it was perfect that he had that specific knowlegde and experience to help him improve and avoid injury. We will definitely be using his services again!
