Quote for gutter cleaning of 2nd story house very reasonable. Schedule was doable even with storms that week. Stayed in touch and showed up right as scheduled...even few minutes early. Clean up was exceptional like he was never there. I had some concerns about the corners and inspected and assured they were good. Next rain they ran so smooth. They also do install of siding so we will use them for that. Never pushy and answered all questions we had I felt honestly.
Jeremy quoted me a price for one of my clients. When he arrived he text me that he was there and then I never heard back from Jeremy. I called left messages and no response. Then the next day I get a text message that he made a deal with the homeowner collected payment which was more than what he quoted me then still has yet to answer his phone. This is very unprofessional. I emailed Jeremy again this morning and still no response. The homeowner is very upset as the siding along the bottom of the home is loose and not attached properly. Jeremy charged $400 to snap in some pieces of vinyl siding, left the homeowner with an incomplete job and is unresponsive. I have no problem removing or updating this review if Jeremy makes this right
Manuel did a great job. Excellent communication and follow thru. The cost of the labor and equipment was more than fair. The vinyl siding work lead to conversations about repairs needed within our home and we decided to go with G-Lez Builders for the basement work. EXCELLENT job on the flooring and stairs - Excellent.
Repairing concrete steps, replacing fallen vinyl siding, disassembling and removing swing set. Excellent job, very pleasant experience.
HGR construction did good work. They did my roof and siding. Joel was helpful and worked with my Insurance company. Overall, I would recommend them for work - both interior and exterior.
Allpro Replaced my vinyl siding last August They showed up on time It took a week to finish I am happy with product
He did my vinyl siding; aluminum soffits, fascia and all trim. Installed two entry doors and one fire door. Replaced 4 closet sliding door tracks. Very pleased with his work. Should have gotten gutters.
A part of vinyl siding on my house blew off during a storm that needed to be fixed. The original piece of siding blew away but James was able to match the missing piece perfectly. He is easy to reach, gives you an exact quote of cost, explains everything well and has a lot of experience.
We recently hired Sargon to install glue-down vinyl plank in our basement that we renovated over the summer. He came over and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the job. In fact, it turned out to be a little too low and we ended up paying him a bit more after we realized how much the job actually entailed. Fair is fair we thought. He did the bulk of the work in one long day and then came back to finish and touch up some smaller parts at a later time. Overall, the process was smooth communication and customer service were great and we are very pleased with the finished product. He also gave good recommendations for future projects. As a trained architect, he gave insight from a design perspective, which we also appreciated. We would use him again in the future.
We hired Gmart, Inc. to replace all of our old Tudor style siding with insulated vinyl siding. We also were replacing all the gutters and downspouts (he put in oversized downspouts without charging extra) and replaced 5 windows in our living room, 3 windows in our dining room and the 3 windows in the kitchen bay window eating area. We narrowed down our search to three companies and interviewed all three. We selected Gmart because the owner, Gregg Martyniak was not only knowledgeable and helpful in sorting through our options, but also offered really good design suggestions and helped us find ways to avoid spending money unnecessarily. We saved money by choosing GMart. It turns out we made the best possible choice in a contractor. Gregg has a good eye and worked as a partner with us to come up with designs that we felt enhanced the look of our house, in line with our style preferences. In addition, he impressed us with this honesty. He showed us how we could save money and get the same or better quality, even though he could have made more money himself without sharing this information. For example, we ordered our windows directly from a contractor supply company and while he could have done that himself and made a mark up, he did all the measurements so we could call in the order directly.(He gave us the choice and even spoke twice with the supply company to make sure we got the order right.) We could not have purchased the windows for less anywhere else. He is very honest, reliable and trustworthy. His crew was thorough, highly skilled and meticulous. They cleaned up every day so that the area was spotless. In fact, at the end, they left our property looking better and cleaner than before they came. Chris, the crew chief is very talented in many areas, including carpentry. They could have made us purchase the entire bay window pre-assembled which would have cost us thousands more. But to help us save money, the allowed us to order three windows and they rebuilt our bay window for the cost of the materials. We could not be more pleased with the outcome -- the siding looks great and the windows are beautifully installed. The house is well insulated and we can feel the difference already in temperature consistency throughout the house, and more efficiency. All of our neighbors have commented on how great the house looks, and also on how detail oriented the crew was. In fact, a few days after the job was completed, and the crew had left, the crew chief came back and did a final thorough inspection to make sure everything was done as it was supposed to be, and nothing was left unfinished. We have worked with many contractors over the years, and we can honestly say working the Gregg and GMart, Inc. was the best experience we have had -- a pleasure in every respect. This is what working with contractors "should" be like.
Having Dave do my decks and siding was a wonderful experience!!
Thanks for replace my siding and gutters. Great team fast service
Steve was very responsive, and easy to work with. That being said, the first time a crew came out, they did bad work, which meant they needed to come back a second time. Steve apologized, said that the workmen were backlogged with too many jobs, and that he would send out someone to fix it the next day. He did this. I feel the job was a B, thus the 4 stars. The work was attaching a clay tile to a front decorative awning, and wrapping some wood with aluminum. In the pic, on the left side, you can see the crisp work. On the right, which I didn't take a great pic of, the work was rounded. It should all have been right angles. The aluminum work along the front is a little wavy, which doesn't come across in the picture, so is really not that bad, and not as crisp as I would have liked. I would hire them again, but I wish the work was a little cleaner. The price was very affordable, and they were easy to work with.
We needed a new metal roof for our relatively old home. It needed to be done in a fast time frame and Hail Yeah Repair was able to inspect our home and start working on it that morning. Mack helped us out and it was a joy working with him and his crew. He was able to provide answers to each and every question we had, explained everything in such an elegant, professional style, and even personally cleaned any mess that arose during the construction. Our family liked Mack so much that we even invited him to our home-made family dinner after our roof was completed! Working with Hail Yeah Repair has been one of the most pleasant experiences my family and I have gone through while working on our home. Next up, we'll be calling Mack back to order some premium vinyl siding!
