FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do a large variety of handyman jobs so it is often difficult to quote an accurate cost without first seeing the scope of the work. I generally need $30-$40 per hour. Figuring how long the job will take is the tricky part. If you're ok with paying me by the hour, I guarantee I'll not take any longer than necessary to do a quality job for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really appreciate you calling or text me so we can actually have a discussion about your expectations, rather than back an forth emails via a 3rd party. From there we can usually come to an agreement on cost and scheduling, etc. What works best is you simply send me a text with your phone number and the best time to call you back and I will follow your expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS degree in Organization Leadership. I retired (30-years of service) as a Maintenance Manager, working my way up from the shop floor, from a large electrical utility. I've been doing this kind of work for myself all my life. Now I'd just like to help people get what they need and want.
