Isaiah did an AMAZING job filming my wedding!! My family loves to watch the video and reminisce and relive the whole day! I couldn't be happier with all of his work for our special day!!

KMc Video Productions filmed my son's memorial service. The videographer was on time, professional and did a fantastic job. Keith offered suggestions and advice and made the process seamless. At the end I had a professional product that I will cherish forever.

We booked Kevin at the last minute to film our wedding ceremony, and he did a FANTASTIC job. There were so many last minute details, that we didn't get everything taken care of, but Kevin made the video stuff very easy. His post-production skills are awesome, too. Everyone LOVES our highlight video. Even our friend who does event planning in TN for a living said it was one of the best highlight videos she had seen. Overall, this exceeded our expectations and even our hopes. Strong recommend to anyone who is considering booking him. Some details on our job: Mainly indoor filming. Large wedding party. We got a highlight video and a full ceremony video. We didn't book the video for the reception, just ceremony.

Concept One did fantastic work on my video project. The video was completed on time and on budget. The communication and professionalism from the team at Concept One was superior. My company plans on using Concept One for more video projects in the future.

I had been working with Harry to prepare for filming our wedding this Friday. We set up a meeting three days before the wedding date at which he said we no longer need a contract and demanded the entire payment for the project up front. This was the first time I had heard of this and I was thrown off by how it came out of the blue. Nowhere in his e-mails, website, contract, or in any of our conversation did it come up that he requires payment up front. I told him I was willing to give half and he told me that "That's not how I do buisness." He said that people usually pay him when he shows up to do the job. I agreed and said I would pay him half and how and half the day of the job. He said "that's not how I do business." He said he was sure I could find someone else to work with and got up and walked out of the restaurant. I was stunned! He has not returned any of my calls, e-mails, or texts. He has the right to ask for whatever terms he wants, but he needs to make that clear up front or put it in the contract, not drop it into a conversation three day before the wedding and then walk out when I question him. It was especially weird in that it came right after telling me he doesn't need a contract. It felt very off to me. I was not comfortable paying him in full under the circumstances and I felt like I was being railroaded into a last-minute bait and switch. He was unwilling to talk about it, negotiate, or show any sign of professionalism or care. He walked out as soon as he didn't get his way. I am angry that I am three days out from my wedding and I have no videographer! I did not see this coming!

So far we have been really happy working with Jeff. We haven't received the final product yet because it's been less than a week since he finished filming (you should consider these things prior to requesting survey feedback) but so far his professionalism and follow up have been outstanding! Looking forward to reviewing our video.

Would definitely hire again On time, responsive, and did great work. We filmed sports and he did 1 step wrong. Its a simple fix, and may have just been a misunderstanding, but it did cause a lot of extra work on our back end. Not the end of the world, and overall did great.
