I met with Michael Davis to discuss what I was looking for in a personal trainer, and he described what he had to offer. We had our first session a few days later. He did an initial assessment of my strengths and showed me how to do various exercises with weights. He gave me homework--we worked out a specific plan for me to workout five days a week, doing different things on different days. We will meet weekly. I am really pleased!

I've been working out with trainer Mike for just a short time, but in this short time I have nothing but good things to say. He's very professional, but not stuffy. He has a great attitude and contagious energy. He works me hard, but in a nice way. He's easy to talk to which makes for a fun work out as well. He seems very educated in what he is teaching. He is also always on time which is a plus when you have kids and need to prepare your day for your work out. I definitely recommend his services.

I started training with Mike because he is close to home, offers a flexible schedule around my full-time work and family responsibilities, and he keeps my injured ankle in mind (but active) in the workouts he customizes for me. I keep training because Mike is a caring, positive influence. After decades of not working out consistently, I find my workouts to be fun, affordable and making a BIG difference!

Mike is excellent at what he does. He pushes you to work hard, but he's still human. He realizes everyone has challenges so he works with you and strives to make you better and stronger.
