I had some issues with two laptops I use in my condo. One was really running slow. Tim came out and spent a couple of hours cleaning up the files and making sure my anti virus protection was up to date. Tim explained what he was doing and afterwards encouraged me to contact him if I still had questions in the future. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I am very satisfied with the results. I hope that Tim has a chance to get the word out there about his services. He arrived when he said he would and did what he promised to do.

to fully listen and then figure things out, while explaining in detail the processes I need to take. Successfully repairing or providing service is not meaningful, if there is not good service behind the successful work or tasks required.

I have a Bachelors' Degree and over twenty certificates in various computer work.
