He was on time and kept me up to date on the job he was doing in my Master bath. I was very surprised when I got home from work. My bathroom looked amazing. The job he did was beyond my expectations. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates after visiting customer to project the needs they are looking for. Our Handyman service starts out with a minimum 2 hour @ $50-$75/hr depending on if it is a 2 man job. Returning customers will receive discounts with any upcoming work and or referrals. We also offer senior citizen discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers they will get free estimates after meeting client at the location to see what is needed to be done. They will receive a written quote via email within 24-48 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified HVAC and years of hands on Handyman services.
