cab #543 Milwaukee. rudest cab ever. got I'm his cab. said he would take a credit card. got to our destination and the total fare was l 7.25. orig was 8.25 and when questioned why so much he said it was $1. extra for 2 ppl but had "accidentally" added more than 2 ppl. at drop off said credit card wouldn't work for charges less than $10. we said we didn't have cash when we got in. never told $10 min. driver 543 argued we had card (which was turned off) but eventually turned it on and charged $7ish for ride. sat and argued with me about turning meter off and kicked me out of the cab. will NEVER EVER use this company in Milwaukee or Chicago again. HORRIBLE SERIVE. RUDE DRIVER. have never been treated so poorly in a cabJul 18, 2015

We needed a cab at the last minute and Joe definitely came through for us. He exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure all our gear made it into the car. Thanks so much! Will definitely be using Black Cab Taxi again.Sep 14, 2014
Joe saved the day when we needed a vehicle that could take four bike from the Woodstock train station to William's Bay for the Lake Geneva tri. He was on time and extremely accommodating to our situation. It was the least expensive option, and so much better than dealing with a car rental. Will definitely call again when we come back next summer!Sep 14, 2014
When another local cab company did not arrive to take us to the airport, I called Black Cab. They understood our urgency, they picked us up in minutes and got us to the airport in time! Exceptional service. Clean, professional and very reasonable prices. They will always have our business!Sep 7, 2014

- What types of customers have you worked with?Black Cab Taxi & Shuttle, Inc. typically does airport transportaion, and shuttle service for businesses, hotels, and residential customers going to Chicago, or any of the airports in the Il and WI area.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? The best advise is to use a trusted taxi provider that operates a clean reliable taxi cab that charges a fair price that is licensed and insured with trusted drivers. Insurance is also a key. A licensed taxi provider is a safe bet. Someone offering transporataion services in a personal vehicle is a bad idea. If there is an accident, their policy most likely will not pay the claim because the vehicle was used in commercial transit.
