- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I treat each project individually. I never want to turn away a customer over money alone. So, I always try to find a way to accomplish the client's goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with the customer about what their goals are for their project, ask for examples of ideas that are similar and suggest ways in which we can achieve that and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Arts Technology with a minor in Mass Media, over seven years of multimedia experience working in the field and an overall passion towards the subject at large.
