KL Painting was recommended to me by a friend who also gave them VERY high compliments. KL Painting just painted the entire exterior of our 2 story colonial. It is half aluminum siding and half brick. I have to say that I have never worked with a more reliable contractor. Ken, the owner, answered the phone every single time we called. He always showed up exactly when he said he would be there, and was extremely flexible with us. Working with him was much more efficient and pleasant than working with bigger contracting companies. He started work on our house only about 2 weeks after giving us our estimate (which was extremely reasonable by the way). Despite being wonderfully reliable and professional they did an outstanding job painting our house. They did a very thorough power washing (even washing our deck and wooden patio furniture), followed by two coats of paint on the trim (including gutters), two coats on the entire exterior, and two coats on the gutters and down spouts. It only took him and his team about 5 days. Their speed did not at all compromise their quality. They even removed all of the down spouts in order to get complete coverage. They were very tidy and made sure to keep all of their supplies very clean and organized (they were great about being careful around my gardens). We felt very comfortable leaving Ken and his team at our house all day. It was a pleasure to work with these guys! I highly highly recommend them! We will be hiring them again this fall for some interior work.
