I hired Donna and her son for a wedding of 115 people. Absolutely fantastic!! Set up very quickly and helped break down at the end of the night. Most importantly, especially at a wedding, there were no problems with people getting over served. Great job, would definatley hire again.
Wedding Planner Full Service I couldn't have better things to say about working with Rick and Special Occasion Events . We booked a full wedding planning package and MC. And Throughout the planning process, Valerie and Rick were attentive, organized and resourceful. Valerie helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. She made the wedding planning process so much better. She went out of her way to accommodate us in many occasion . She make sure we were happy with every decision we made about our vendors and work professionally with every vendor. And on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Valeri and Rick were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner and MC and am so grateful that we picked Special Occasion Events to help us throughout our wedding planning. Church had to set up with decorations for a wedding which was done and Marvalous job she did... Then she had to decorate the hall which they only Gave her an hour... I've worked with Frankies Restaurant on two occasions. One was a wedding and the other a party. Both events are ones we keep talking about. We had the chicken alloutte for the wedding and it was a hit. They served a type of rice called jollof which was the best thing ever. We had their kalua drink for beverage at the party and everyone loved. Honestly I can keep going on. I'm happy to see them on thumbtack. I would highly recommend them because they are very reasonable and provide quality food and service.
I had a great time working with Dana for my July 2017 wedding at Salvage One and would highly recommend her as a day-of coordinator. Since she worked at Salvage One, she knew the venue well and knew what would work and what wouldn't. She helped me fine tune the details for the day-of activities and helped set up all my DIY decor. LaBelleVie catered our wedding reception in June. I could not have picked a better place. The food was delicious (we had an upscale style taco bar.) The bar they set up was fantastic! They brought a beer garden indoors, with an amazing assortment of cocktails.(we married in an old farm building so it really helped classy up the place)Chris Sutton and her staff worked with me on every thought or concern I may have had.
