I charge by the hour, or by the project based on the client's budget.

I subscribe to several of the leading industry periodicals, and attend the major trades shows each year. I spend at least an hour a day reading and doing research about the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a career retail executive with an expertise in the operations of campus retail stores. I chose to go out on my own after a re-organization at my former employer.
