I can't recommend Mario highly enough. He is very reasonably priced and has very good quality work. He demolished and re-poured 115' of concrete along the side of my house. As part of the pour, he poured a new retaining wall against part of my foundation which was cracked and leaking, poured a curb closing off a section of my foundation that had been cut years ago to allow for an access door, regraded the whole thing to pitch toward the existing drain, and added a step as part of the grading. He just poured yesterday and still has some cleanup and misc finish work to do, but after seeing the quality of his work I felt he deserves this review. Pics attached. Im already hoping to do another concrete project with him before the end of summer

EM Landscape did a great job resounding by backyard. He used to grade sod. He also did a top job cleaning out an over grown bed. They do good job with weekly mowing.

We set a price for the removal . Job ended up 10 times harder than expected . Concrete was at least 40 years old . And went below grade at least another two feet . It was an incredible amount of work to get done , but done it is . Straight forward , honest , and hard working man . It would of taken this 62 year old weeks to get it done . Can't say enough good stuff about the man . Great job , really happy with the work .

T.R. Scapes came in to bid only one small portion of work in my yard. However, due to the success of that work, I hired them to grade the whole yard, and install a dry riverbed and a water drainage feature at the back of the property. After twenty years of tolerating the "lake" caused by landscaping mistakes on adjacent properties, the drainage feature they installed handled the very heavy rains since then. There isn’t a single puddle in the yard. The village engineer was also extremely pleased with the final results.

The work that was done was great. The crew worked really hard to clean up my landscaping.

I was concerned that a small outfit like Silverleaf might not have the resources to meet my needs, but Jake went out of his way (renting additional equipment, taking extra time, etc) to take care of our yard. He is honest, hard-working, and dependable. He's a man of his word - when he says he'll do something, he'll do it, no matter what it takes. Jake and Silverleaf Landscaping are a company you can trust, and I'd pay a premium for that, but his low prices make going with Jake a no-brainer!
