We presented Vicki with a request for a very specific 21st birthday cake that my daughter had seen on The Great British Baking Show- a Spaniche Windtorte. Vicki she rose to the challenge beautifully. Not only was she prompt in her communication and gave us very fair pricing, but she went over and above by hand delivering to us. And the cake was PERFECT. It looked and tasted absolutely delicious and my daughter was absolutely thrilled. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
