- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat fees for our services based on the facts and the background of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will spend one free hour reviewing the facts of the clients case and their individual background. We will offer a preliminary opinion as to the outcome and their likelihood of success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the author of Illinois DUI Law and Practice Guidebook. I have special police training in field sobriety testing and am an instructor as well. I am trained on gas chromatography - the blood alcohol test. I am board certified in DUI defense by the National College for DUI Defense.
