Introduction: City Bee Savers removes stinging insects. Live bee removal and relocation service includes honey bees, carpenter bees, native bees, and bumble bees. Wasps and hornets don't enjoy the same gentle treatment. Our bee proofing after each honey bee removal comes with a guarantee honey bees won't return for one full year. We know our proofing service will last for many years. We are also a sustainable beekeeping resource for all Chicago area and surrounding suburbs. SPRING: We provide quality honey bees to local beekeepers. SUMMER: Between our bee removals we also raise a local survivor honey bee queen that is prized for it's parasite (mite) resistant qualities. SUMMER/FALL: We provide a premier raw local honey (all year while supplies last)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a licensed structural pest control company of Illinois and I'm a certified technician. Most importantly I've been studying honey bees and other bee/wasp behavior for 27 years. I currently service as a board member of the Cook-Dupage Beekeepers association and a member of the Illinois queen initiative helping develop a honey bee for the state of Illinois. Winter time I spend teaching beekeeping classes for area beekeepers.
