Prior to joining Exit Realty Redefined Jenisch managed his own real estate brokerage for four years. He is a member of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors and currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the organization. He has served on many charitable and non-for-profit boards including Rotary Club International, Jaycees, GlenOaks Hospital Foundation, Addison Chamber of Commerce, Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois, MainStreet Organization of Realtors, St. Isidore Church, St. Michael''''s Church, and Knights of Columbus. Roger lives in Bloomingdale and has three children.
