My high-end desktop computer, purchased from a custom builder out of state, suddenly refused to turn on. Their tech support had me do some tests and were almost certain that the power supply had failed. Dan responded to my ad immediately, and was at my studio the next morning -- and could have been there earlier had I responded earlier. He had already purchased a replacement power supply. He got the computer up and running in an hour. Everything about the experience was highly positive.
I've owned destop systems for 22 years. Every repair experience I have had -- from returning the computer to the seller, to getting a technician to make a "house call," to bringing the computer back to the manufacturer, has had some problems, until now. My visit from Dan was the best, because it was perfect. He also offered some additional help with a piece of software I was having trouble with. I expect to be using him again.
