My computer was running slow and would just stop working. It took him one day and now its running great, he installed anti-virus software for me and he dropped it off for me because I did not have a car to pick it up. He will now be my go to computer person, very friendly, does not make you feel stupid like other computer repair places.

James bent over backward in his assistance with my Macbook pro laptop which stopped working due to a liquid spill on the keyboard. He kept me informed on a regular basis of what he was finding and the progress of the repair. He even picked up a blue tooth keyboard for me as well as a mouse. This repair, I was told from everyone else, could not be fixed. James was very thorough and meticulous, and easy to work with and shared his insights freely that were accurate. (In my case, he detected my impatience and gently told me to take a chill pill. -)) James truly loves his work and his expertise was spot on. My logic board was not damaged and all my data was intact. It is so wonderful to work with professionals such as this. Thank you James, for saving my life!

Ok so where do I begin. I have never written a review for any service before but I had to for Barry because I don't know anyone who can hold a candle to this guy. I saw all of his 5-star reviews so I had to give him a shot. Barry is the most genuine and professional people you will ever met/talk to. Just from talking to him I knew he was the man for the job. He has years and years of experience and you can tell from his work. All my files got deleted off of my external hard drive and I thought they were gone forever, but here comes Barry. He gave me a very fair quote to recover all my data unlike most companies who wanted hundreds for what Barry made look like a cake walk. The SAME exact day I called him he was able to squeeze me in. Considering he runs his company on his spare time after working a full-time job, he gave me more than enough attention while repairing me hard drive. Since he was at work at the time I dropped off my hard drive off at his house he had to initiative to call me just to make sure I took it to the right place--he even seemed to care way more than I did! That being said every time he touched my hard drive, whether it was to tell me he was starting the data recovery or to tell me he was testing a file. Basically every time he touched my hard drive he would call or text me to see whether if was okay for him to proceed...what a guy. Keep in mind he does this after working full-time. That being said he started my data transfer the same day I dropped it off and finished the very next day! I was in complete shock when he called me to tell me it was done in less than 24 hours. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT pass up on Barry if you need any type of phone or computer repair. He's in a league of his own when it comes to computer repairs and customer service.
Initially I needed Mark to clean up my computer as it was very slow. Although I can use application software I am not technical. Mark very patiently worked through a series of diagnostics, discovered one problem, fixed it and then went on to uncover more issues. Who knew that I had 3 anti-virus programs installed of which they were conflicting and nothing was getting done. That in of itself was worth getting taken care of. My system was so messed up it took several scans with 3 different programs to fix everything. And then there was the overnight updating that took hours and hours. My system was such a mess I avoided using the computer adding to the problems because of inactivity and a greater need for scanning/clean up. Before Mark and I set up an appointment I told him that I wanted to establish a "relationship" with an individual who would be there to assist me with routine maintenance and whatever issues might arrive. Not only is Mark very knowledgeable and competent with computer issues he also offers insight into cable/internet. If I wanted someone who just looked up solutions on the internet I would have gone to another retail organization. I get enough misinformation and ongoing problems with my cable provider and I didn't want to take a chance with a computer repair person. The trust factor is important as well and I felt from the moment Mark walked in the door I could trust him. Integrity is as important as ability and when someone is working with your computer involving privacy and confidentiality, you need to be assured of confidentiality and competence. I appreciated that Mark came out himself and did the assessment and completed the job which is unlike many organizations. I didn't want a "franchise" and as stated not a retailer. It shows "ownership" and "commitment" and someone who stands by their work and not just a corporate person or behind a franchise Although I felt that he might have come on a little strong, it would appear that if I continued to "research" various options I would end up doing nothing. For that reason I appreciated Mark's "enthusiasm" and wouldn't be completing this review albeit as delayed as it is. Ordinarily I wouldn't just impulsively contract with a service, but after reading reviews from different sources and checking references before the appointment, I felt comfortable with my decision. I would recommend Mark at M & H GlobalTech Solutions and would be pleased to discuss personally.
I have never failed to get the service and respect I wanted when in some extremely stressful predicaments with my computer. My technician, Tommy, has stuck with me over days .weeks now...to get it resolved and back up to speed, avoiding total data loss. I am so pleased, and he has been a pleasure to work with, as are all the personnel at AmorServ. Thanks to you all for your help!
Forgot password and tried everything the internet had to offer, Microsoft was no help at all ,I then called Dwayne at GCC and met him locally at my convienance, days later my computer was up and running and reset back to windows 7 from 10 as I requested also was set up with free security at no request, Dwayne did a great job and definitely would get a referral from me.
Austin was awesome! Whoever was apprehensive about having the high school kid fix their computer, worry no more. This kids computer knowledge is quite extensive. Very helpful and professional, I will continue to use him as my go to guy. Thanks Austin!
They are patient, explain things clearly and never give up until they solve a problem. I feel like I am the only client that Evan and Richard have...as they get back to me so quickly. I can’t imagine having a computer without their support!
Needed a laser lens replaced on a Wii. Repair was made and unit is functional again. I would suggest improved communication with the customer. Initially I was emailed that the repair would be done on a certain day but heard nothing from them. When I called three days later, I was told it would be repaired that day and it was.
Chris showed up on time and was very helpful explaining what he was doing and offering suggestions to prevent it from happening in the future. Would definitely recommend Jones Computer Repair!

Jim talked me through the repair and potential reasons why I could be facing electrical problems over the phone. I decided to hire him and it worked out very well and under budget. He's very reasonable and understanding. My tenant was very happy with his amiability .
