Agnes did our wedding photos and they were spectacular. She was willing to do everything to meet our expectations and fulfill our dreams. We received countless complements and we couldn't be more happier with the result. We are using Agnes again for maternity and baby photos in few months!

My husband and I hired Agnes about six months before our wedding on August 31 of this year. She was professional and sweet, with the best price we had seen for the amount of hours of photos. We live in Arlington Heights.
On the wedding day she was on time and started taking photos of my bridesmaids and me getting ready. She was pretty good at giving direction throughout the day, could have been better, but we could have been better at telling her what photos we wanted. She got all the photos we asked for initially, and some extras after the ceremony we asked for last minute. She gets a solid A from me for the day of the wedding.
After the wedding in the second week of November I asked why we had not received our pictures in the mail yet. We found that we had forgotten to give her a signed contract. After sending her an email, we figured they would arrive within a week or so.
We called her again on December 17th asking about the photos again and she told us she shipped them the Friday before which would be the 12th. She told us that sometimes shipping something somewhere so close can take longer than anticipated due to having to go to Chicago and back to Elk Grove before arriving at it's destination. I have dealt with this before, so we gave her the benefit of the doubt figuring we would get them by Friday. Agnes did give us access to our wedding album on the website.
We received them in our mailbox last night, December 26th. The photos came on a wooden USB drive with one of our wedding photos on it along with our wedding date. Very cute. However, the shipping label says it was created on November 15th, and when I checked the tracking number, it says the package wasn't shipped until December 24th.
I'm not sure if Agnes shipped us a USB on the 12th and it got lost so she sent us a new one, or if she was behind on her work and didn't tell us. I was hoping to bring photos to show my family on Christmas, but was unable to. The only saving grace is how beautiful the photos came out.
Our experience wasn't the best, but we're happy with the end result.

We used her for our daughters christening and she did an amazing job. No hidden fees. Her prices were outstanding. She was very professional and did everything we asked for and then some. I would 100% recommend her to everyone and will definitely use her again.
