Paul, Angie, and the BRKC team are top-notch. Their knowledge of the body, it's biomechanics, and proper form and strength is significant, reassuring, and refreshing. Having suffered a back injury a few years back, for me to have an athletic body again was a near impossible dream of mine. But thanks to BRKC's costume coaching program, over a few short months this dream became a reality. BRKC showed me that a serious injury is not the end to an active lifestyle; Paul and Angie have shown me that with the correct workouts and movements, my body can be even stronger than it once was. Lastly, the enthusiasm Paul and Angie have for each of their clients makes the gym truly unique. From day one, they are beside you, coaching you and leading you to a healthier, stronger you!

Angie and BRKC are the best! I love that everytime I walk into the gym, I am greeted by a smile and positive energy. It makes me look forward to training! Angie is extremely knowledgable in the fundamentals of movement and has helped me to progress in a way that is safe,meet challenging. Thanks!

I work out with Paul and Angie 2-3 times a week and I love it! Angie is great - she's not intimidating and she's extremely knowledgeable! She's also super sweet and very energetic, which helps when I'm dead tired and need some encouragement :) I would definitely recommend Angie to anyone looking to get fit and get into kettlebells!

I have been training at BRKBC with Angie and Paul since late November 2013. It was at a point in my life when I was tired of weight training inconsistently. The group classes have been instrumental in keeping me consistent and accountable for making progress. Also, the casual and fun atmosphere and encouraging classmates have made it such a pleasure to come in and train.
