  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My fees do not increase for partner or group sessions. Partners simply split the fee and groups split the fee up to 5 ways. The price for a 30 minute session is $45, a 45 minute session is $65 and a 60 minute session is $80. You may pay as you go (same fee). I do not obligate you to purchase a package.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    It's basically a getting to know you chat about the clients goals. I like to hear about their exercise history, including what has worked and hasn't worked in the past. Our first session doubles as an assessment in order to establish a baseline.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Bachelors degree from Eastern Illinois University. I proudly served in the Illinois Air National Guard. My certifications include TRX, Kettlebells, Personal Training, Corrective Exercise Specialist, CPR/ AED and Nutrition. More details can be found on my website.
