- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a simple pricing system. We charge by the hour and its just a one hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to clearly understand the nature of the problem so we can quickly resolve the issue and get you back up and running quickly. This usually involves a "discovery" process or series of questions by phone. Sometimes we can resolve it during the discovery process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years in the software and computer industry.
