Got a straight forward, honest answer to a question nearly immediately, even as he was boarding a plane. Helped me understand my issue better and even proposed a solution to my monitor woes (at a discount even!). Even though I ended up resolving the issue myself (at great cost lol), I would still recommend these guys to get your computer needs handled.

Mark was a life saver on my Mac Book Pro. All 4 of the usb-c ports were shorted out and the computer had no battery left and could not charge.
