My family has been honored to have Dwight cook for us on many occasions from a wedding reception of more than 200 guest to family dinners during my busy season. Dwight catered our wedding for about 230 guests. He came prepared with the necessary equipment. He was extremely thorough, and knowledgeable about various food options. The food was exceptional, and we had a lot of rave reviews!
