We recently moved into a new office and had to hook up our computer stuff immediately, so that left us with a jungle of computer cords all over the floor, and a bunch of other tech stuff that was out of place. I hired them do an outside Christmas light installation. It involved several trees, front of house and patio. I was to supply the lights, cords, timer etc. They were on time, on budget, and did a fantastic job. Those are things I pretty much expect from any service vendor. What made them extraordinary is that Brian and Rich patiently exchanged enumerable texts with me about the project which took a lot of time they didn't bill me for and was my fault. I waited too long to buy the lights and ran into trouble finding the type I wanted in the quantity the project required. I had checked several stores in my area but was unable to find everything. They came to do the installation but I was short on the lights and they couldn't do the windows. I told Brian I needed more time to find the lights, and that I would need them to come back to install them. Brian immediately volunteered to look for the lights and purchase them and to come back and install them. He got them later that evening and let me know he'd be back and would install them at no extra charge (just reimbursement for the lights). That was going way beyond my expectations and deserves acknowledgment. Throughout it all, both Brian and Rich were professional, friendly, good natured and polite. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I will use them for future projects and recommend them without any hesitation.

I originally was looking for a bartender, but then Charlene also offered to decorate. She was always super quick to respond to all of my questions too! Charlene and Devon did the decorating and clean up which was a huge help! Devon was an amazing bartender! Many people asked where I hired him from! Where do I begin... Heidi is beyond what we ever expected. She exceeded every expectation plus more. She was vet easy to work with. We still don't know how she was able to juggle everything in her life and ours as well... super woman! My now wife and I showed up a few minutes late to our rehearsal and when we arrived she had everyone lined up and ready to go! Her time management is amazing. Her planning and decorating is great! She was even great with difficult family members and went out of her way to ensure we had no worries on our big day! Our wedding was a success because of her! Couldn't have done it without Heidi. Aly was our day-of wedding coordinator and we could not be happier for having worked with her. She has a take-charge personality that's optimal if you're an introverted, people-pleasing person (like the bride was, in our case). The greenery we planned to use for cake decorating ran out at the last minute, and Aly sprang into action and discreetly collected some blooms from the bridesmaid bouquets to use instead. She also took care to check in with us throughout the day and get our approval on last-minute changes. I have no doubt that she smoothed out some bumps in our wedding day that we don't realize ever happened - she's that good.

I am so glad I did not DIY my wedding. I would give Elegant Wedding Design 100 stars! She made my special wedding day more perfect than I could have ever imagined. People in my family were second guessing the event space I had chosen because it was small and they couldn't see the vision that I had. I have had a wonderful time working with Bella Events. The graduation party that this designer put together for me was so beautifully detailed. This designer has a special way of putting everything I say into a perfectly crafted design and truly pays attention to every detail. I believe that is what ultimately makes a beautiful event. Throughout my event I was constantly getting compliments on the decor. This designer was great at communication, she valued my opinion, and she really stayed on top of things. Absolutely amazing! I had just moved into my new apartment and had things cluttered everywhere. She spent three hours with me and it was honestly the best thing I'd ever done. She tackled my kitchen, my closet, and even helped out with my living room and my junk room! She also helped me with hanging photos.
