Alex was an absolute professional. He addressed all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the work he had done on our front stoop and garage lip. Needless to say I highly recommend Alex to anyone who needs their concrete resurface.

Unfortunately no one showed up on the day they were supposed to start. After a few texts he promised to show up at 8am the next day. Again no one showed up. This time calls, emails, and texts went unanswered for 4 days leaving us in the dark. Our deadline was missed, a family reunion ruined, and cost me extra money to hire another contractor. After all that I finally got a response stating his interest in starting the job the next day if we were still interested. In the end Alex did apologize, and tell us he was overwhelmed with work, but was sorry, and he thought we were nice people. Moral of the story; Punctual Communication goes a Long way. Very disappointing, but felt better after his apology. Other than that, he was very nice himself, but I can't say anything about the quality of his work, as we never got to see it. Good luck with this Pro.

I asked Alex to fill 11 holes I had dug for 10" wide, 42" deep concrete footings for a deck. Not only did Alex do what I asked, he went above and beyond - correcting some mistakes, suggesting potential improvements and double-checking his work mapped exactly to what I asked. He was conscientious, friendly, diligent and efficient without being rushed. He was also extremely responsive in our communication. I would hire Alex again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him for any of your concrete needs.
