If you are looking to introduce your child into martial arts this is by far the best place to go. The Sensei's (teachers) are just awesome with the children. The children respect them but, they are all so approachable and fun that the kids adore them. The class to teacher ratio is great. The fact that they have great pricing and offer no contracts is a plus however, I guess it would not really matter because my child loves it so much we would have been happy to sign a contract. They care about the community of Worth and as in the previous Yelp give back in many ways. I look forward to watching my child grow and continue to be a family member of this dojo! Way to go Bob, Joan, John and the rest of the group!

This is an excellent dojo for kids and adults alike. Garza Sensei is amazing with the little ones - never a boring moment, and they stay safely and energetically engaged the entire time. No time is wasted on hokey board-breaking and silly showmanship. Kids are taught self and opponent body control, how to fall and maneuver properly in space and around obstacles, and how to deal with multiple-opponent conflict in a very safe an controlled manner as compared to other, more strike-first-oriented arts (which, if put on practice, could get a parent sued!). With a no-contract, incredibly-reasonably-priced, and familial atmosphere, the students win every time! An extra bonus is the Japanese that the kids learn. Counting and many verbal interactions are done in Aikido's native language, and most children develop a proficiency within weeks! Truly an amazing place to practice. Highly recommended.
