James is super professional and conscientious about his work. He hand cleans the cedar shakes rather than use harsh chemicals. Our roof looks great!

James first did a thorough inspection of my roof and then gave me a fair quote. He picked up several replacement parts on his way to do the job, fixed everything I asked him to do, and even used a leaf blower to clean out my gutters while he was up on the roof. Thumbs up👍. I would definitely hire him again or recommend him to others.

We are so happy with our roof and the restoration that CSR provided. Just purchasing a home and seeing that the roof is in desperate need of maintenance had both me and my husband scared of what might be actually wrong. James was extremely honest, took detailed pictures during the estimate, and explained the process of the repair to us. We got several quotes but felt most comfortable with CSR due to the professionalism and detail of the quote provided. James came out and took such great care of our roof and worked so hard. He hand scraped the moss overgrowth on each shake that required it, replaced, and sealed our cedar roof. The roof looks beautiful and we feel secure going into the winter months knowing he did such a great job.

James is wonderful! I wish I could give him 5+ stars. He does amazing work and he was very accommodating when asked to complete extra requests. I had other shake shingle roofers look at my roof, and he was by far the most knowledgeable and the most professional. In addition, he was so honest and was much more reasonable than the other roofers. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am. I was just admiring my roof today and thinking how lucky I was to receive his name from Thumbtack.
