Natalie is a great teacher. I have never taken lessons before and did not know what to expect going in. She was very nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The first lesson went great and I signed up for more because I believe she can really help me.
As a Valentines gift, my husband surprised me with dance lessons. From the moment we met Aleksander, we knew we were going to have a blast. He meets everyone at their level and skillfully teaches us with outstanding music. We have signed up for many more and can't wait!
I take ballroom dance lessons from Steve and recently attended one of the Get on the Floor events. From a lesson stand point I can say that there is NO ONE in the business who can make ballroom more fun and challenging at the same time! For the events that Get on the Floor does, they are unique creative and make any group event one to truly remember. I recommend Steve, and the Get on the Floor team to everyone!
Brittni taught my daughter and her friends two different dances, a bachata and a waltz in preparation for her quinceanera. I am so impressed with her talent and creativity. She is such a professional!
I have been taking lessons from Tsha for several years. Tsha is an excellent teacher because she understands movement, and its source. She understands and explains very well how our body moves. She is also excellent at finding why a step, a connection with a partner, a movement is not happening, and pointing out how it can be fixed. Tsha is also very patient with her students, funny, caring and sweet. She always has interesting and new music to use for practice.
Great instructor, serious, motivating and fun. spacious clean studio, flexible schedule. I look forward to my lessons. I am happy with my decision and I highly recommend this studio.
I reserved an hour lesson for us and our wedding party, the groomsmen wouldn't go but my bridesmaids brought their husbands and we all has SO much fun! It was a great chance to relax and laugh before the wedding. If you are planning to learn a dance for your wedding I would definitely recommend taking more than one class.
I've taken lessons with Olga, both private and a group body movement class called "ballroom body", for over a year. She is a great teacher, gifted dancer, and clearly communicates technical details of movement. Her ballroom body class is very creative and fun as well. She has great energy, fun personality, is patient and very warm hearted, and just great to be around. I give very high recommendation!
Learned to dance Cajun style from Louie in late 1990's. Many people who like to Cajun dance learned from Louie. He is patient, fun, personable and able to break down steps easily. Great teacher. I've also seen him teach other styles of dancing with equal talent.
Sarah's been a wonderful teacher for our 6 year old grandson, Quinn. He's loving the lessons and practices! We couldn't ask for more!
My husband and I have been taking ballroom dance lessons off and on for about 25 years. In that time, we’ve had many teachers. We’ve enjoyed something about all those experiences. But, Anna is the whole package! She’s a beautiful dancer, she’s an excellent teacher, she is patient, creative, and very professional. One of the things we really appreciate about her is how flexible and spontaneous she can be. Sometimes I come in with an idea of something I want to work on, without knowing the name of it or even being able to show her what it looks like. However she always knows what I’m talking about and will figure it out for me. And best of all-we always have a great time with her!
Sylvia has an excellent teaching and coaching style. She explains and demonstrates dance moves very clearly. She is very encouraging and is a pleasure to work with. The studio is bright, clean and inviting.
The dance experience was awesome!
I provide private dance lessons in multiple genres, such as modern, ballet, tap, hip-hop and jazz. Sorry, but no ballroom dance lessons are offered.
I teach wedding dance, social (ballroom, country couples), waltz (travel), fox trot, chacha, rhumba, swing (2 kinds), and also slow dancing technique.
I do more than just teach dance. I teach injury prevention and explain why our muscles help us in the way they do for movement.
I have a BFA in dance and have taught ages ranging from three to 17 in a variety of styles including ballet, tap, jazz, modern and hip-hop.
I am well versed in many forms of dance from ballet to lyrical and can work with groups or on a one on one basis. I understand that every person is at a different level and should be treated as such. I try to be open to what my customer is looking for so I am very flexible with their needs. Dance is of course fun but first and foremost safety is key so that is where my professional training comes in use.
I can show you how to move. I also have an abundance of patience suitable to your needs and desires!
The dance courses are personalized to each client. No two clients get the same treatment.
