- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that most customers have an idea of what they want, however they are often not aware of what the possibilities are. It is my job to discuss the customers desires and place them in the context of the possibilities until we find a satisfactory match. The customer educates me in the preferred aesthetic while I educate the customer in what can be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thirty five years of on the job experience, working with an interesting assortment of collectors and dealers as well as many more quotidian customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Got tired of working with computers back in the eighties.
