Introduction: I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga for 10 years, and am registered with Yoga Alliance at the ERYT 200 level. I recently completed a 300 hour training to round out my certification at the 500 hour level.
I lead Vinyasa based classes as well as offer private instruction at BeBalanced Yoga & Wellness studio in Angola, Indiana. I offer yoga for groups, corporations\offices, private instruction and parties! I can meet you where you are and together we can formulate a plan for yoga therapy to help you reach your goals.
