  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We guarantee the best price and will beat any written quote with similar equipment and sometimes can upgrade to higher efficiency equipment at a lower cost. This is guaranteed. Show us a bid, we beat it. I don’t care if we have to lose money on the job to beat the bid, we will.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Get to know them on a personal level and find out what they’re interested in. We are not like the big box companies and customers aren’t just a bill to us, they are people and will be treated as such.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Licensed, bonded, insured, EPA universal certification, NATE certified, Elite Heil Dealer, licensed in mold remediation and air purification. We are rated A+ on the BBB
