- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $80.00 per hour for IT work. I also provide remote IT Support and bill in 15 minute increments ($20 per 15 minutes). Thus customers only pay for time used to resolve their issue(s) which saves them money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Microsoft Training / Certifications as well as Cisco Training / Certifications. I also have 35 years experience (23 years in the military & 12 years in corporate America) in Information Technology. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I found I was interested in technology during my tenure in High School at Thomas Edision in New York City. I had 4 years of Electronics and actually built an Inter Com system for my parents house in 1976. I joined the US Air Force and continued in Technology and while in the Air Force completed my MIS Degree.
