FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a lot of variables in the type of work we do. I have a program that helps me to be as fair as I can with pricing, it helps me to add the variables in and price the job accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We belive that it is crucial to visit every property to take a look at the job before we give you a quote. Once this is done we will email you the quote within 24 to 36 hours. If the quote is accepted we will schedule the work at a time when we do not have another engagement, and you are available as well. We usually ask for 50% down and the other 50% once we are complete and you have had a chance to walk the job with one of us to go over any and all of your concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a mason his whole adult life. He owned his own company, so I started young. Once I was out of school I joined the union and went to IVY Tech. for a degree focusing on building with masonry. The union also has a training center in Maryland. I have been out there to get more training in moisture control and structural masonry. I have owned this business since 2011. We really enjoy what we do, and we are excited to help you with any questions.
