Ana deserves a 1/2 star rating. She is uninterested, unprofessional, unpleasant, insensitive and unprepared. She charged us a prepaid legal fee, but became very unhappy because the case went longer than expected. Many times, she would arrive late to court, then she would rush out after court without talking to us. She didn't notify us of the next court date & just didn't care. She's annoyed by inquiries, she's annoyed by emails, she's annoyed by everything! She even forgot & missed a court date. She would ask me for copies of my documents, while at court, because she was not prepared. She's made unfounded statements and insults. She was angered because we supported our loved one thru out the divorce. She obviously believes that her behavior is acceptable. In the end, satisfied customers tell others and dissatisfied customers tell everybody! If you are looking for someone who cares and pays attention to detail, look elsewhere.Apr 3, 2017VerifiedMcNamara Law Offices P.C.'s reply
Due to the fact that this reviewer was not and has never been a client of this law firm, as well as the blatantly false and slanderous statements contained therein, McNamara Law Offices will be filing a lawsuit against this "reviewer."
Family Law Attorney
Ms. McNamara is a very professional, knowledgeable and sincerely concerned attorney. She spoke to my issues and took time out of her schedule to even speak with me on a Sunday when I expected to reach only her voicemail.Jan 12, 2016Verified
Ms McNamara has represented myself and acquaintances of mine on several occasions. She is aggressive and strategic in her approach to a case and her fees are detailed and reasonable. She herself handles the cases and does not pass them off to a junior attorney. The results were beyond my expectations and I highly recommend her.Jul 30, 2015
Our organization has used Ana in several different lease contract cases. Ana goes above and beyond in her explanations and in helping achieve the fair results we hope for as tenents.May 12, 2015McNamara Law Offices P.C.'s reply
Commercial contracts are a specialty. I'm glad you were satisfied!
Ana was and is amazing!! Long story short I had a tenant who stole someone's identity to sign a lease ($3,200/mo) and then just stopped paying rent ... I started the process by using my "Regular attorney" (Great guy and amazing but LTO law was not his specialty and needed someone more "Aggressive") I was highly recommended to Ana by several friends and clients who had nothing but praises for her work.. After introducing Ana to my old attorney, to get her up to speed, even he was even blown away by how much she knew about every aspect of my situation and the law surrounding. Ana was able to, in the most painless way possible, get my renter out of my unit and protect me from any further exposure. She has continued to always be there for me whether it be a quick legal question or even went out of her way to draft up an addendum for another tenant who wanted out of their lease early so I was protected!!! I have recommended Ana to multiple clients and will continue to always use her services. She was truly such a great person to help me in such a frustrating time!!! Thank you, Ana!!!Aug 9, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not. I pick and choose clients and each have a different situation. Therefore, I offer both a reduced hourly rate to thumbtack customers, and on occasion, a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Finding out their short and long term goals is my first priority. That allows me to plan the proper strategy. I am typically quite aggressive unless the client wishes otherwise (some wish only to settle).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Real estate brokers license and 18 years of litigation experience. There is no substitute for experience.
