Our experience with John of JD Home Repair and Remodel was FANTASTIC! He gave me a fair price, was at my home when he said he would be and did a GREAT job. My new kitchen back splash looks great. I am so excited about the way my kitchen looks now. He even helped me hang a new light fixture. I would recommend John for any of your home remodeling needs. I intend to use him again for my home remodeling projects. Thanks John for a job well done. I really appreciate it.

Dream Design of Indiana made the image in my mind of our “Up Dated” Master Bath and Bedroom a reality. The scope of our project required demo, plumbing, electrical, rid of squeaking floors, drywall, water leak repair, painting, installation of shiplap, tile, granite, raising of cabinet height. All the while keeping updates more ADA compliant, new lights, glass shower door and new faucets. Dave suggested suppliers for us to visit. All of his suppliers were respectful of our budget, our home and possessions. Dave cleaned up every day. Dave’s attitude was always upbeat, always accessible, with prompt response to text messages and return phone calls. His estimate was fair and his completion of remodeling was done ahead of schedule. I will hire him again to update our thirty year old kitchen. We are looking forward to the next project.

We hired Grady to replace a water heater which was located in the basement of an 1800's home. He drained the system disconnected and removed the old water heater, installed connected and tested the new water heater and new supply piping - all in a very timely and professional manner, and at a very fair rate. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in any home improvement projects. Plus, he just seemed to be a very nice person..

Remodeled two bathrooms including demolition, new tile floor and tub surround, installation of new fixtures, and new baseboard. They also demoed old kitchen tile, replaced several damaged doors and casing, repaired drywall damage and added a new tile landing in front of a door. Because of their great job I've rehired them for several other jobs on my house. They are fair, honest with pricing and easy to reach. This has been huge since I'm out of state not truly overseeing the job. He sends me updates with photos nearly daily. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

We've contracted the services of Chris Madkins and TechTwist on a number of occasions. Beginning in 2008, TechTwist has installed everything in our home from home surround systems to home theatres. The work has always been flawless. More than just great work, the service and treatment received from Mr. Madkins is impeccable. Many companies profess to care about their customers but with TechTwist the words "we care about our customers" are more than a slogan. Mr. Madkins treated us and continues to treat us as family. TechTwist is the company we always recommend because it is the only company we will ever use.

This company answered the request for an electrician within an hour of posting. Christian came out the next day and gave us a fair quote for the work we wanted done ( attic light installed, power run to our deck, install light fixtures on very tall ceilings.) Christian was efficient, professional and great to work with. We highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

We had Indy & Beyond come out to replace a section of privacy fence that our dog knocked over. They showed us how poorly our fence had been constructed (which was only 2 years old!). Unfortunately, we were forced to have the entire fence replaced or risked our dog tearing down the rest of the old fence. The good news is, Indy & Beyond gave us a great deal on a fence that is installed properly and will hopefully last us a lifetime. We are very pleased with this company and will use them again for sure, as well as recommend them to others.

My condo recently suffered water damage from a broken toilet fixture. The damage extended from the upper to lower level, requiring carpet padding replacement, floor tile replacement, wall painting and ceiling drywall replacement. Mr Walton not only suggested a "trap door" installation in my kitchen ceiling which is directly under the second level toilet, he picked it up from the supply company and installed it. His hours were very convenient for my work schedule and he was affordable!

Mark and his team were hired to install a new front door, jam and locks for a new home purchase. They came out to measure and gave me a quote on a Friday. On Monday everything was installed and perfect within a couple hours. They were on time, quick, professional and knowledgeable giving me advice on the type, finish and security features I needed to keep my family safe. I highly recommend them and will be using then again on my next project. The end product was affordable and truly shows their professional craftsmanship.

Had Lee Electric install a new 200 amp meter base and new breaker box in my home My was rather outdated and needed replaced. Larry and his crew did an amazing job, they was all very well manored an respected my home as if it was their own The work was done even better than I had been told by a friend that they could do and they even got all the work done a day and a half earlier than expected which ended up saving me some money on his original bid in labor hours needed i have never had a contractor change their bid to save me money most of the time it was just the opposite. I would highly recommend Lee Electrical to anyone here in the southern Indiana area that needs any kind of electrical work done. Very courteous and professional gentlemen...
