- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price each project based on the number of hours needed to accomplish the project and with an eye toward the client's budget. I try to fit my estimate within each client's financial means.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a customer (face to face or over the phone) and get their background, their company's goals and information about their product or service. If possible, an idea of their budget and if we are suited to work together based on all of the above. Not every potential client is a good match for my company, but I've found that most small businesses and organizations who have set aside a budget for marketing (and know what it takes to achieve their marketing goals) can work well with my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience in the graphic design industry and have created designs in almost every media out there. If it's visual, chances are I've created something in that arena.
