Negotiable per event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the neture of the event - number of people expected, time of day, reason for the event, etc., and ariv at an agreement regarding rate, bar set-up and which type of service staff I am to become.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience at a good dozen or so bars and restaurants in the Indy area from the early '80s until very recently, as a part-timer.
