Great experience working with Traymark. They did an amazing job with my interior paint job. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to friends and family. The quality of the work and the customer service was above and beyond. Thanks so much!Aug 30, 2018Verified
Tray and his team did an awesome job on our whole house interior painting. His price was fair and the whole team was dedicated to a high level of quality. If it wasn't just right they identified nevertheless and fixed it. They were own schedule every day and the job was done on target. Would definitely recommend and hire again.Feb 19, 2018Verified
They were prompt, arriving early and staying until the work was complete to my satisfaction. Worked with me on any changes that needed to be made. Ted worked closely with me throughout the project and always made sure I was happy with the work. I would highly recommend them for your painting needs.Apr 22, 2019Verified
Tray was very easy to work with. He came out to give us a quote ASAP and got us on his books even sooner than I had hoped and got the project done in one day! He communicated very well and even came back to make some touch ups and do extra work. We will definitely call him next time we need painting done.Mar 5, 2018Verified
He was pleasant enough. While the paint work was ok, he estimated four area's that needed minor repair. Paint day, he announced he would not be doing this or that...He only did one minor repair. He was paid what he quoted me for everything. He pulled out the washer and dryer, which had blocks of wood under the back legs to level the machine. He did not put things back like they were, thus my washer vibrates really bad..,nor did he cleanup all the paint he got on my floor. I am not able to correct these issues myself, and will require someone to come do this for me.Jul 23, 2017Traymark Painting, LLC's reply
My utmost apologies: I hadn't known that we had left the dryer unsettled nor did I know that we had left a drip on the floor. We do our utmost to please each and every customer. I will paint a room for you at no charge to make it up. I can only be a great ad my weakest painter: I have 12. Please call to let me know what I can do to make up for our oversight.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Variables have to be considered when quoting: accent walls, sheet rock cracks in ceiling/walls, furniture moved/put back, height of ceilings, entry way height, trim jpainted, doors painted, closets, etc. Typically $200 to $300/ room dependent on above parameters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?During the bidding process it is vital that I come the customers house to see the project at hand. During the introduction, I measure the surfaces to be painted, holes to be patched, furniture to move and talk about the time frame for the project. After leaving the customers house I put together a quote and send to customers email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Question:What do I love about what I do? Answer: Everything. I don't work; I enjoy my day
